Coff ee Salon

Espresso Macchiato

1. Make a cup of coff ee in a cup with double capacity of Espresso
coff e cup (100~120ml).
2. Heat the fresh cold milk (full cream dried milk is best) to the state of
frothing at the temperature of 65~70° .
3. Add two spoons of fi ne frothing on the surface.

Irish Coff ee

1. Preheat the cup and make double volume of Espresso coff ee
in an lrish coff ee cup.
2. Add about 7g Custer sugar and 25ml heated whisky pour 30~40 ml
liquid ice cream into the cup and make it fl oating on the surface.

Espresso und ice cream

1. Put two vanilla ice creams into a cocktail cup.
2. Make a cup of espresso and cold it immediately.
(Cold method: put the cup into freezing water)
3. Pour the cold coff e into the crevice of the ice cream.
