Safety warnings
• The G8-TEL shall be installed or replaced by trained and qualified personnel only.
• For installation of the G8-TEL into a GE 800, the connection board G8A-TEL has to be used.
• The installation board G8A-TEL may only be used with a G8-TEL.
• Cards may be exchanged only with voltage switched off.
• Before using the G8-TEL, ensure all cables are connected correctly and not damaged.
• Do not make any unauthorised modifications to the G8-TEL.
• In the event of problems, contact your equipment supplier in the first instance.
Observe the precautions for handling of electrostatic sensitive devices.
Disposal and recycling
Equipment with this symbol shall not be disposed of together with household or commercial
waste.
The directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronical equipment (WEEE) is applicable

The G8-TEL may be connected to an analogue
telephone connection only as single dialling
equipment. For this, use a F-coded TAE plug.
