ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Jumbo warrants that all new Jumbo electric scooters and main components are guaranteed to the original purchaser in material,
manufacturing defects for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. (This warranty does not
apply to to the consumable parts such as tire, brakeses, seal ring or other mechanical components of the scooter etc.)
After-sale service, please contact your Retailer for any technical problem.
WARNING：The following actions will result in the warranty becoming void.
1. If the scooter has been charged by any other chargers than original charger.
2. If the scooter show signs of damage or defects caused by orresulting from abuse, accident, alterations.
3. Failure to use or perform maintenance the scooter as set out within the user manual.
4. If the scooter is disassembled or tampered with in any way.
Brake caliper or rotor

Check if the brake rotor is misaligned.
Check if the wire connections are good, firmly plugged in,
and free of contamination or grit.
