Remove all food items from the Refrigerator/Freezer when moving/transporting.
•
When not in use or when you are going on vacation (for more than a week), disconnect the fridge/freezer from
the battery and leave the door ajar to avoid a stale odor or mold.
Please take care of the following before cleaning the Refrigerator/Freezer
•
Before cleaning, always switch off the power supply and disconnect the fridge/freezer from the battery.
•
Take out all items from the Refrigerator/Freezer.
•
Use mild liquid detergent solution or a synthetic detergent to clean all the parts, the inside and the outside of
the Refrigerator/Freezer .
•
Wipe dry with soft cloth. Leave the door open until fully dried inside.
•
Connect back power source and switch on. Allow the Refrigerator/Freezer to cool for 3 hours.
•
Optionally to polish the exterior, use liquid silicon or a good quality automotive or appliance wax polish.
•
Do not use metal or sharp tools or electric heaters to defrost.

Possible Cause
● Wires connected to battery/charge
controller with wrong polarity

● The door is not shut properly
● Temperature of room is very high
or in direct sunlight

● The Refrigerator/Freezer is too close

● Refrigerator/Freezer not on level

● Drain pipe cover is closed (at
front, bottom left of the unit)

● Cabinet is not leveled properly
Solution(s)
● Check wires for correct polarity
connection to battery
● Replace fuse
● Recharge battery, increase solar

● Rotate the knob to desired cooling

● Check and close the door properly
● Move the Refrigerator/Freezer to a
