  • Seite 5 Verehrter Kunde Die Erdungszangen dienen der Herstellung und - zusammen mit den Erdungsüberwachungsgeräten - der Überwachung von Erdverbindungen. Die Geräte werden beim Um- oder Abfüllen und Transportieren explo- sionsgefährdeter Stoffe eingesetzt. Entstehende elektrostatische Ladun- gen werden effektiv abgeleitet. Mit der Aufrollautomatik wird das Erdungskabel nach Gebrauch aufgerollt und so vor Beschädigung geschützt und sicher verwahrt.

    2. Sicherheit Die Geräte sind nach dem Stand der Technik betriebssicher konstruiert, gebaut, geprüft und haben das Werk in sicherheitstechnisch einwand- freiem Zustand verlassen. Trotzdem können von den Geräten Gefahren für Personen und Sachgegenstände ausgehen, wenn diese unsach- gemäß betrieben werden. Die Betriebsanleitung ist daher in vollem Umfange zu lesen und die Sicherheitshinweise sind zu beachten.

Montage und Installation Für Montagearbeiten in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen muss sicherge- stellt sein, dass keine explosionsfähige Atmosphäre im Arbeitsbereich vorhanden ist! 3.1 Aufrollautomatik Aluminium Die Aluminium-Aufrollautomatik wird am Montagebügel gemäß Abb. 7 / Abb. 8 an einer Wand, Säule oder Decke montiert. Bei Montage im Freien ist eine Überdachung erforderlich.

  • Seite 12 Stoppvorrichtung Aluminium-Aufrollautomatik 601KR/AW Einschalten der Stoppvorrichtung (Werkseinstellung) • Durch Lösen der vier Schrauben (1) wird der Seitendeckel entfernt (siehe Abb. 9). • Feder (4) statt bei Bolzen (5) am Bolzen (6) einhängen. • Schraube (2) herausschrauben (lösen), damit die Sperre (3) frei beweglich ist.

    3.2 Aufrollautomatik Kunststoff Die Kunststoff-Aufrollautomatik aus witterungsbeständigem Kunststoff ist für die Wandmontage ausgelegt. Sie kann in der Ex-Zone montiert wer- den. Die Aufrollautomatik wird über die Montageplatte gemäß Abb. 11 an einer Wand, Säule oder Decke montiert. Bei der Montage im Freien ist eine Überdachung erforderlich.

    3.3.2 Elektrischer Anschluss der Aufrollautomatik Der Anschluss der Aufrollautomatik in Verbindung mit den Erdungszan- gen an das Erdungssystem erfolgt im Klemmenkasten der Aufrollautoma- tik. Die Aufrollautomatik muss dauerhaft mit einer Potenzialausgleichs- leitung verbunden sein. Die Erdungszangen werden über den vorhandenen Steckverbinder ange- schlossen.

    4. Betrieb Elektrische Anlagen in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen müssen stets in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand sein. Mängel sind unverzüglich zu beheben. Achtung! Beachten Sie das Typenschild mit den Anschlussdaten (Versorgungs- spannung) der Geräte. 4.1 Inbetriebnahme Sind alle Anschlüsse (Versorgungsspannung, Erdungszange, etc.) korrekt durchgeführt, kann die Versorgungsspannung des entsprechenden Erd- überwachungsgerätes eingeschaltet werden.

    4. Operation Electrical systems used in explosion hazard areas must at all times be in a technically faultless condition. Any defects must be repaired or remedied immediately. Caution! Observe the connection ratings (supply voltage) of the units. 4.1 Start-up If all connections (supply voltage, ground clamp, etc.) have been made correctly, the system is operational and the supply voltage may be activated.
