When the oil has reached the desired temperature, you can start frying.
Attention during filling: Add the food to be fried slowly. Hot oil could splash. Ice, which
may still stick to frozen food, could also cause dangerous splashes!
Put the lid on the deep-fryer during the deep-frying process. Please note that when
opening the lid or removing the basket, the machine continues to run and heat up!
As soon as the fried food is ready, remove the basket from the deep fryer and let the
fat drip off. The deep-frying basket can be hooked into the basic unit.
Attention! Do not touch any metal parts of the deep fryer, as they can be hot.
Always use the basket to deep-fry food..
After use
When you have finished working with the deep fryer, set the temperature control to
minimum and disconnect the appliance from the mains.
First, remove the deep-frying basket from the appliance and let it cool down.
Let the oil cool down to room temperature before moving the appliance..
• For frozen products: Use a maximum of 100 grams, as they cool down quickly.
Shake frozen products over the sink to remove excess ice.
• When using French fries from fresh potatoes:
- Use no more than 200 grams of French fries per liter of oil
- Dry the French fries after washing to prevent water from getting into the oil.
- Fry the French fries in 2 stages:
- First stage (pre-frying): 5 to 10 minutes at 170 degrees.
-Second stage (final frying): 2 to 4 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. Drain well.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Always disconnect the deep fryer from the mains before cleaning it. Never pull the
power plug at the cable out of the power connection! This can damage the cable
and cause an electric shock.
• You can start cleaning the deep fryer after it has been disconnected from the
power supply and has cooled down sufficiently (oil to room temperature).
• Disassemble the deep fryer as described in the section "After use" and pour off the
oil. Afterwards, you can start the actual cleaning of the deep fryer.

• Clean the housing, the control unit with the heating rods and the deep-frying
basket only with a damp cleaning cloth. Never use a wet or dripping cleaning cloth.
Water could penetrate into the housing and cause an electrical short circuit. There
is a threat to life and limb. Also make sure that the power plug and the power cord
do not come into contact with water.
• If water accidentally gets into the device or if there is a danger of water getting
into the device, let the device dry thoroughly before you connect it to the power
supply again.
• Do not use any cleaning agents or cleaning utensils that contain solvents, caustic or
abrasive substances. These can damage the surface.
• Check all parts for signs of wear. If defects are found, do not continue using
the product. Have parts replaced only with original spare parts by a specialist,
according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Lack of care can damage the device. Dangerous situations can arise. Regular
cleaning contributes to the safety of the product and increases its service life.
