7.1 Maintaining the product

CAUTION
Pressurised system
Minor or moderate personal injury
- Make sure there is no pressure on the
tank before starting any work on the
tank.
- Release all air pressure and empty all
water from the tank before dismantling
parts exposed to pressure.
Do not use a tank with signs of damage,
such as dents, leakage or corrosion.
Precharge pressure check
Visual external check
Checking the precharge pressure:
• Follow the instructions in section
the precharge pressure.
Performing visual external check:
1. Is corrosion visible?
2. Are scratches or dents visible?
In case of serious damage, contact your nearest
Grundfos company.
