Maintaining
The LED therapy lamp shall not be repaired or modified by the user. Use only
the supplied charging cable and light blocking glasses.
In case the LED therapy lamp is damaged, fill in the warranty claim on the
website www.demarkq.com or send an e-mail to
customerservice@demarkQ.com.
In case the supplied charging cable and/or light blocking glasses are
damaged, contact DemarkQ by sending an e-mail to
customerservice@demarkQ.com.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

Charging cable not
properly inserted into the
power outlet.
Charging cable not
properly inserted into the
LED therapy lamp.
Power outlet is not working.
On/off button has not been
pushed one full second.
Solution
Insert the charging cable
properly into the power
outlet.
Insert the charging cable
properly into the LED
therapy lamp.
Try a different power outlet.
Push the on/off button for 1
second straight.
