aging, as it can be helpful in further transporting and storing of the product.
Clean the product, according to the instructions specifi ed in the "Product Maintenance" section.
Make sure to check that all knobs are in the "OFF" position
Remove all accessories from inside the oven.

Slide the grate and the tray into the guides on the side walls of the oven (IV). Ensure that each accessory is slid into the guides
at the same height.
Caution! The tray or grate must not be placed directly on the oven heater.
The rotisserie has a special handle for carrying it. Place the round part of the rotisserie (V) in the bends at the ends of the handle.
Place food on the rotisserie so as to allow the rotisserie to pass through the food product. Then immobilise the food with additional
forks, by driving them into the food, and then lock them by means of the knobs (VI).
Place the rotisserie inside the oven in such a way that the rounded part meets the holder, and place the rectangular rotisserie
section in the drive (VII).
If you are going to use the rotisserie, place the tray on the lowest guides, this will allow for the accumulation of crumbs and juices
