Duovac 50
La máquina Duovac 50 posee 2 motores de
aspiración, pudiendo conectarse, según el
rendimiento necesario, 1 ó 2 motores de
aspiración.

4. Mantenimiento

4.1 Medidas de seguridad
– Para limpiar y mantener la máquina, y para
cambiar repuestos, extraer el enchufe de
la caja de enchufe.
– No debe limpiarse la máquina con
limpiadores a alta presión o a vapor ni con
chrro fuerte.
Importante: Antes de proceder a los trabajos
de mantenimiento, debe apagarse el aparato
y extraerse el enchufe de la caja de enchufe.
Vaciado de polvo
Cambiar la bolsa de papel cuando se llenen
2/3 de su capacidad. Si se aspira sin bolsa de
filtro de papel, debe vaciarse periódicamente

These operating instructions provide you with
all information necessary for correct, safe and
prescribed usage and maintenance of the
series 18/25/34/50 of the Wetrok Duovac
machine. They must be kept where they are
accessible to the user all the time. The fold-out
page contains photos which reference is made
to in the machine description.
Prescribed usage
This machine is designed for the professional
dry vacuum cleaning indoors according to
these operating instructions. Any other usage,
in particular...
– removing any types of dust that may be
dangerous to health
– vacuuming any flammable, poisonous,
caustic, iritating or other substances
representing a health hazard is not
permissible and is forbidden on account
of the associated dangers.

el depósito. En cada vaciado de polvo se
limpia a fondo el filtro de seguridad,
sacudiéndolo o cepillándolo. De ser posible,
aspirar utilizando otro aspirador.
Vaciado de agua
Al estar lleno el depósito, el flotador que se
encuentra en la posición más alta interrumpe
la corriente de aspiración. Sacar el dispositivo
y vaciar el depósito de agua sucia.
Durante la aspiración de agua, el
dispositivo debe estar siempre colocado.
Limpiar de vez en cuando el aparato con un
paño húmedo, en particular el cable de ali-
mentación.
5. Reparación
Para reparaciones y mantenimiento, recomen-
damos utilizar el servicio Wetrok. A tal efecto,
ofrecemos nuestro abono de mantenimiento.
5.1 Detección y eliminación de
fallos
Al aspirar en seco:
– Está demasiado llena la bolsa del motor?
– Están ocluidos el tubo, la manguera o la
tobera de aspiración?
– Contiene aglomeraciones de polvo el filtro
de seguridad?

Vacumat nozzle; extra wide suction nozzle, 69
cm wide, for wet and dry vacuuming, can only
be used together with the tilting frame of the
Wetrok Duovac 34 and Duovac 50.

con un interruptor térmico contra sobrecargas.
Este desconecta automáticamente el motor
cuando se calienta demasiado.
Una vez enfriado, lo vuelve a poner en marcha.
Al aspirar agua:
– Está el flotador pegado a la abertura de la
válvula?
– Se han utilizado detergentes demasiado
espumantes? (por eso el flotador
reacciona con demasiada antelación).
– Está el dispositivo colocado en posición
incorrecta?
– Está colocado el cabezal del motor sobre
el depósito en forma totalmente hermética?
6. Depósito
Cuando la máquina no se utilice, debe ser
guardada en estado seco y en condiciones
ambientales normales.
7. Disposición
Debe disponerse del embalaje de acuerdo
con las prescripciones nacionales.
2. General safety
instructions
This machine is designed and constructed
according to the present state of the art and
recognised technical safety standards. It is
electrically tested and satisfies European Safety
Standards. It is fitted with a safety device in the
form of a circuit breaker. Dangers can occur in
spite of this, in particular in the case of
maloperation or non-compliance with the
specifications and information in the operating
instructions.
2.1 Sources of danger
Electrical voltage / electric current
Warning: Danger!
Contact with voltage or current carrying parts
carries the risk of electric shock, which can
result in serious injury or even death. Never
touch damaged cables. Always switch off and
disconnect the power supply before carrying
out any work on the machine. Replace faulty
cables immediately.
2.2 Improper usage
Any usage of the machine for a purpose not
covered under the «Prescribed usage» or the
contractually agreed purpose is not
permissible. The use of the machine in an
unserviceable condition or not in compliance
with the following prescriptions is prohibited:
– Protective devices must not be removed
or bypassed.
– Conversions and modifications to the
machine are not permitted.
– Defective supply cables are only to be
replaced by PVC flexible sheathed cables
