Cleaning and storage

DO NOT CLEAN ANY PARTS OR COMPONENTS IN THE DISHWASHER.
Brush heads
1. Rinse the brush head and bristles after each use.
2. Shake the brush to remove excess water.
3. Rinse the brush head connection weekly with warm water.
Cleaning
1. Remove the brush head and rinse the neck of the toothbrush with warm water.
2. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe the entire surface of the toothbrush.
Storage
If you do not want to use FLASH TRAVEL for an extended period of time, unplug the
charger cable from the wall outlet, clean the toothbrush and store the entire device in a
cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

Trouble shooting

The toothbrush cannot be switched on
You may need to charge FLASH TRAVEL. Charge the toothbrush for 8 hours. (See Getting
Started > Charging)
Tingle sensation when brushing
Due to the vibrations, the first use of FLASH TRAVEL may cause tingling sensation. This
feeling will decrease over time as you get used to the vibrations.
The brush head rattles against the teeth while brushing
Keep the brush head at a slight angle to the gum line. Adjust the angle so that the brush
head does not touch the surface of your teeth.
The vibrations appear to be weak
You may need to fully charge FLASH TRAVEL. You may need to replace your brush head.
Note also that each model has distinct vibration pattern.
