Fault
The appliance is not working
Appliance is noisy or works intermittently
Compressor runs but no ice is made
Water low light is On

Probable Cause
The unit is not switched on Check the unit is plugged in correctly
and switched on
Plug and lead are damaged Call POLAR agent or qualified
Technician
Fuse in the plug has blown Replace the fuse
Power supply Check power supply
Internal wiring fault Call POLAR agent or qualified
Technician
Ambient temperature Move appliance to a warmer position
below 10°C
Water supply Check water supply is on and supply
hoses are not blocked
Power fluctuations Turn off the ice maker and restart after
3 minutes
Refrigerant leak or block in Call POLAR agent or qualified technician
the refrigerant system
Water not connected Connect ice maker to water supply
Water filter is blocked Clean water filter and restart ice maker
Water pressure too low Water pressure should be between
100kPa - 400kPa (14.5-58psi).
Call plumber to check water supply
