Saving station presets
You can save radio stations in both DAB and FM mode.
1. Tune into the station which you wish to save.
2. Hold in [ PRESET ] until a preset slot appears in the display.
3. Press [ ▼ ] or [ ▲ ] to select one of the preset slots.
4. Press [ SELECT ] to save.
Listening to a preset station
1. Quick-press [ PRESET ].
2. Press [ ▼ ] or [ ▲ ] to select one of the preset stations.
3. Press [ SELECT ] to listen to the selected station.

Care and maintenance

• The radio can be wiped clean using a soft, dry cloth.
• Unplug the mains adaptor from the wall socket and remove the batteries from
the radio when it is not to be used for a long time.

Troubleshooting guide

The radio won't
turn on.
No sound from
the speaker
or connected
headphones.
Poor or non-existent
radio reception.
If the radio is operating
abnormally in some
other way.
• Make sure that the adaptor and mains lead are intact
and undamaged.
• Make sure that the mains adaptor and its lead
are properly connected both to a wall socket and
the radio.
• Check that the wall socket is live.
• The batteries might be dead. Replace if necessary.
• The radio will not turn on if the mains adaptor is
connected to it but not plugged into a power point.
Disconnect the adaptor from the radio.
• Check the volume.
• Make sure that there are no headphones connected
to the 3.5 mm headphone socket. The speaker is
switched off when the headphones are connected.
• Make sure that the headphones and cord are intact
and properly connected the radio.
• Move the radio to another location.
• Perform a factory reset. Refer to the Menu in FM-/
DAB mode section above.
