test transformer should be designed as follows: when the output voltage is adjusted to the appropriate test voltage value, the output
current is at least 200mA when the output terminal is short circuited.
After the maintenance, inspection and test of the tools are qualified, the "qualified" sign should be pasted in the appropriateparts. The
tools that can not meet the requirements of the safety technical requirements that can not be repaired or repaired must be discarded
and take isolation measures.

Clean up the tuyere:
The inlet and outlet of the tool must be kept clean. It should be cleaned regularly or blocked at any time.
Check the drill bit:
It is found that the drill bit should be replaced immediately or the drill is re sharpened. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded and the
drilling efficiency will be reduced.
Check the installation screw:
Check whether the installation screws are loose or not, so as to avoid accidents.
Replace carbon brush:
Check and replace carbon brushes on a regular basis. When it is worn to the limit wear line, it needs to be replaced. Keep the carbon
brush clean and allow it to slide freely in the brush holder. Two carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time. Use the screwdriver
to open the casing, remove the worn carbon brush, install the new carbon brush in the brush holder, and close the case.
