9. Maintance
The servicing and maintenance work are according to our operating instructions
to be carried out, the safety regulations are absolutely to be followed.
The following controls should be carried out regularly:
1.
Clean crankcase and renew lubricating oil after the first 20 working hours.
2.
Check the oil level after every 20 working hours and replenish if necessary.
3.
Open drain cock under the tank to exhaust condensate after every 60 working hours.
4.
Clean crankcase and renew the oil. Clean air filter and check safety valve and pressure gauge after every 120 working
hours.
Tips: Before each work on the compressor the security tips are to be followed

10. Guarantee regulations
For all factory defects and material defects we grant the legal guarantee time (new and unused product). In such cases we
take over the exchange or the repair of the compressor. Forwarding expenses are not carried by us.
No guarantee is taken over for damages to delivered compressors which have originated from one or more of the following
reasons:
Unawareness or nonobservance of these operating instructions
Not enough certified or insufficiently informed service staff
By use of not original spare parts.
The operator has to provide on his own responsibility for:
The security regulations are kept.
A not designated use, as well as a faulty installation or inadmissible usage are excluded and that:
a designated use is guaranteed when the compressor is used according to the by contract agreed application terms.
Moreover, we perform no compensation for secondary damages!
11. Recognising and repairing mistakes
