2. Inspection

Inspection tasks:
 Check the pH at the condensate outlet. The pH measured must be greater than 6.5.
 If necessary, add neutralisation granulate or perform a maintenance procedure.
 Check for the presence of deposits at the inlet/outlet pipes and clean if necessary.
 Check the water level and add water if necessary up to the height of the outlet.
 Check the tightness of the station and of the inlet/outlet pipes.

3. Maintenance

Maintenance tasks:
 Stop production of condensed water or divert it toward an appropriate collecting tank.
 Clean the station (using a vacuumer for liquids). Eliminate the soiled granulate and the mud as
instructed in section A-3.
 Check for any deposits at the inlet/outlet pipes and clean if necessary.
 Fill the neutralisation station with new neutralisation granulate.
 Fill the neutralisation station with water and check the tightness of the installation and of the
inlet/outlet pipes.
 Close the cover on the neutralisation station.
