Problem

response.

Cause
The unit is not plugged into
an electrical outlet.
The outlet is not working
properly.
The power cord is damaged.
The air purifier is defective
or malfunctioning.
The filter may be too dirty if
it's used for a long time.
Using the air purifier in moist
conditions or water entered
in the filter.
Dirty filters.
Filters installed improperly.
Not enough space around
the unit.
The plastic bag of the filter
wasn't unwrapped yet
The air inlet or outlet is
blocked.
The filter is not properly
placed in housing.
Solution
Connect the plug to a powered electrical
outlet.
Try plugging the air purifier into a
different outlet.
Immediately discontinue use and contact
Customer Support.
Replace the filter.
Replace the filter.
Place the filter properly.
Ensure that there are at least 15 inches
(38cm) between the unit and other objects.
Make sure unwrap the plastic bag of the
filter before using.
Remove objects that block the air inlet or
outlet.
Properly place filter as noted.
