Electrical installation

The SM WR FR has a preassembled network cable and temperature
sensor, making it ready for immediate operation. At inflow temperature
regulations, the temperature sensor is assembled on the inflow of the heating or cooling cycle,
at return flow temperature regulation it is assembled on the return flow of the boiler.

7 Safety instructions before and during commissioning

7.1 Do not use if there is visible damage to the packaging or product. Installing a
damaged product could be life-threatening! Ensure the correct opening di-
rection of the mixer or valve when setting the fixed setpoint controller.
Incorrect rotation directions could lead to high or low temperatures in the
system. Minimum and maximum target temperatures are to be set correctly, incorrectly
selected threshold values lead to incorrect target temperature settings and consequently
to undesired operation which could cause damage to the system! Every system which is
integrated into the fixed setpoint controller must have independent system protection for
temperatures which are too low or too high. The fixed setpoint controller does not have
a protection function in the event of temperatures which are too low or too high.
7.2 Selecting and setting the applications, target temperature and mixer (valve) direction of
rotation. The settings 'Application', 'Target temperature' or 'Direction of rotation' ncan be
preset or selected during commissioning.
7.2.1 Selection the application
