ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

Tools for assembly:
saw, and silicone filler.
1. Install the tub with the support (the Ravak legs) in accordance with the general assembly instructions.
- Height of the top area of the tub is 610 ± 10 mm.
- Without filling the tub to the walls, without installation of the tub curtain (if in project).
- If the connection to the pipework is solid, disconnect the screwing on the siphon.
2. As to the type and dimension of the tub choose the necessary parts from the supply.

3. Connect the individual parts of the carrier outside the tub by means of the dovetail joint and put the
carrier to the front edge of the tub.
4. Lift the entire front edge of the tub by ca 20 mm and shift the assembled panel into the underneath of the
tub flap. Put the tub back on its legs. If there are wooden blocks inside the flap, remove them carefully first,
or to cut-off the polystyrene in the place of the block.
5. Insert the attached polystyrene wedges so the gap between the floor and the panel to be 5 - 10 mm.
Level the panel so the top area to be protruding from under the edge of the tub evenly, but the face areas
to be vertical. There must remain the space for gluing the horizontal tiles.
6. Fill the gaps under the panel, around the walls and under the tub flap with the low-foam polyurethane
foam (e.g. the SOUDAL „Installation foam" product with the low expandability). To prevent dirtiness from
the foam do paste the top area of the tub with the cover paper tape. After hardening cut the excessive
foam off.
7. In the place of the refuse cut the mounting opening in the polystyrene in accordance with the
dimensions of the future tilling. Finish the connection of the pipework underneath the tub and cover the
opening.
8. Seal the gaps between the tub and the tilling of walls with the silicone filler and with the tub piedroit.
9. After the foam hardened apply the tilling to the polystyrene carrier. As to the type of the tilling it is
possible to recommend either the gluing with the RAVAK silicone filler or the glue for the tiles (e.g. the
SOUDAL product „Glue for tiles 24A"). Before it is good to roughen the smooth surfaces, or to penetrate
the footing into the surface with the metal knife.
Disposal of the packing material and the product after the termination of the lifetime:
The usable compounds of the pack, e.g. cartoon, cardboard or PE foil do utilize by you or offer it for the
use or for the recycling. The non-usable compounds of the pack and the product after ending its lifetime it
is necessary to destroy the safe way under the valid law on waste. After the ending of the product lifetime
do offer the compounds for another use and for recycling the way common in place.
