OZONE GENERATOR
Arrangements to be made:
- The treated rooms must have an adequate supply of fresh air or effective air extrac-
tion.
Seek medical attention immediately in the event of:
- eye irritation, dizziness or severe coughing.
- shortness of breath and pain when inhaling deeply
Appropriate use
The device is used for odour neutralization and disinfection in closed rooms by split-
ting existing odour molecules/cells by means of ozone, which is generated by the
device and released into the room by the fan. With regard to its construction and
equipment, the unit was designed for odour neutralization in industrial or commercial
use in working environments with an air temperature of +10° to +40 °C and a relative
humidity of max. 80 %.
Mode of operation
The ozone is generated by silent electrical high-voltage discharges (corona discharge)
at the patented "Cermamic Dielectric Electrode", the plasma discharge plate. Very
high electric field strengths are generated by high voltage at the "Cermamic Dielectric
Electrode", causing numerous short barrier discharges between the electrodes. A fan
integrated in the unit draws in air from the environment through the air filter at the
rear of the unit, draws it through the "Cermamic Dielectric Electrode" ozone unit and
then blows the now ozone-containing air back into the surrounding room. The ozone is
generated in this unit without the use of chemicals or other equipment. Only electrical
energy and our ambient air is used, so our environment is not further polluted. When
the generator is switched off, the remaining ozone decomposes back into oxygen after
a certain time.
Setup
When installing the unit, ensure that the air inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked
and that the unit can draw in air unhindered on the hindered side of the unit and blow
it out again through the ventilation slots on the front side. The optimum installation
location for optimum air circulation in the room is the centre of the room at about 2/3
of the room height (e.g. on a folding ladder). The ozone generator is connected to the
power supply (socket) via the power cable. For safety reasons, the power supply should
be located outside the room to be treated. This allows the generator to be switched off
during operation to interrupt the treatment cycle without entering the room.

of ozone generators in closed rooms!

21-50m²: 8 - 12 minutes
