Thank you very much for purchasing a Vortex Mixer from PHOENIX INSTRUMENT GmbH.
Please read the instruction manual carefully before you start to working with the instrument.
Service:
When help is needed, you can always contact the service department of Phoenix Instrument.
Please provide the following informtion for Service:
- Serial number of the instrument (on the bottom panel)
- Desciption of the problem
- Methods and proceures adopted to resolve the problem.
- Your contact details
Warranty:
The instrument is warranted to be free from defects in materials under normal use and service, for
a period of 24 months from the date of invoice from Phoenix Instrument GmbH.
The warranty will not apply for the product or parts of it which have been damaged on account of
improper installation and handling, misuse accident or abnormal conditions of operation.
For claims under warranty please contact your local distributor or Phoenix Instrument GmbH
directly. Please always indicate article no., serial number and a description of the problem.
