Overview Sanding Paper
Only use sandpaper with a diameter of 225mm. It is recommended to choose the
abrasive paper according to the actual size of the disc!! (This dry grinder has a diameter
of 225mm!) Suitable grinding wheels are available in different grit sizes. The principle
is: „The larger the number, the finer the grit". The number of grains is usually indicated
on the back of the grinding wheels. (common grit sizes include: 80/120/150/180/240 &
320)

Installation & replacement of the grinding disc
a) If the grinding wheel is damaged during work, it must be replaced by a spare
wheel of the same design in order to prevent serious injury from flying parts!
b) Remove the abrasive paper or the grinding wheel. Next, use the Allen wrench
provided to turn the locking screw located in the centre of the grinding disc
counterclockwise until the screw connection is completely loosened and the
damaged grinding disc can be removed.
Operation of the actuation switch & the speed governor
Press the control switch to start the unit. To avoid having to press the actuation
switch permanently, you can press the lateral locking button while holding down the
actuation switch to activate the locking function. The appliance will now run without
you having to press the actuation switch. Press the locking button again to switch off the
appliance. Use the speed regulator to set the required speed!!! (lateral turning wheel)
