Field of application:
The DCC 1-00 is a channel converter for digital audio broadcasting signals.
Input and output can be set on 36 DAB channels 5A to 13F. The output and
input frequencies can be set in the frequency range 174.928 to 239.200 MHz
in the DAB channel raster.
Scope of delivery:
1 × DCC 1-00 channel converter
1 × Power supply
1 × Operation instructions
Mounting and Installation:
 Before mounting and installation, pull the mains plug!
The DCC 1-00 can be mounted on the wall. It is equipped with four mounting
holes (1).
Note: The unit must be wall mounted with at least 5 cm clearance along all 4
sides.
 Mount the device on a vertical, flat surface.
 Attach the device to the wall with at least four matching screws.
Installation of DAB/DAB+
 The DCC 1-00 has an IEC socket (2). Connect it to the DAB/DAB+ antenna.
Use high-shielded coaxial cables with IEC connectors.
RF output
Connect the RF output (3) to the existing DVB-C distribution. Use high-shielded
coaxial cables with F connectors.
Power Supply
 Insert the barrel connector into the 12 VDC socket. (4).
Application example:
The example on the right shows the conversion of the terrestrial received
channels 5C, 5D, 9D and 13A into the channels 7A, 7B, 7C and 7D. The
channels widely scattered in the frequency spectrum are combined into one
DVB-C channel.

Configuration:
Note! There are interferences in the signal during programming. The
interferences disappears after programming is ready and display is switched
off.
The DCC 1-00 is configured with the buttons UP, DOWN and SELECT.
After switching on
After connecting the power supply, DCC 1-00 goes to „lock mode", the
LOCK-LED is on.
 Press UP, DOWN and SELECT at the same time.
 Firstly release UP and DOWN and then SELECT.
 Now select the input channel with the UP and DOWN buttons.
After selecting the required input channel wait about 5 seconds until the
LOCK-led lights up and the channel is stored.
 Press SELECT.
 Now select the output channel with the UP and DOWN buttons.

After selecting the required output channel wait about 5 seconds until
the LOCK-led lights up and the channel is stored.
 Press SELECT.
 Now adjust the output attenuation of the output level with the UP and
DOWN buttons (L 0...-20 dB).
 After selecting the required value of attenuator wait about 5 seconds
until the LOCK-led lights up and the level is stored.
 Press SELECT.
 Now set the input sensitivity S with the UP and DOWN buttons
(S on = 48...70 dBµV | S off = 58...80 dBµV).
Configuration is ready now. DCC 1-00 goes to lock mode after few seconds.
