Q: Why do you have 2 plugs on the headphones, one for 6.3mm and one for 3.5mm?
A: For connecting to ordinary audio devices, such as, mobile phone, iPad, iPod, etc., you can plug the
6.3mm jack into the headphones, the other side to your music player device; For gaming chat, you can
plug the cable with mic (3.5mm jack ) into the headphones. You can use it as a normal headphone in
daily life and use it as a gaming headphone when you play games with other gamers.
Q: Can the cable with mic works with my PS4?
A:The cable has advanced aompatibility. With the cable with mic, you can connect you're the
headphone with PS4, Xbox one, PC , Android many other audio devices and
gaming devices.
Q: Why can't I hear any sound after connecting it with Apple conputers/laptops?
A: Go to System Settings, select Sound, Output, and then choose USB PnP Audio Device.
Q: Why can't I use the Microphone?
A: 1.You need disable the computer's onboard mic by accessing your sound devices in the
hardware section of the control panel. And choose the mic of the headphone.
2. Check whether the mute switch of the cable is on or off.
