Installation Instructions
Only for auto ignitors after 08/99 with one battery.
1. Remove heating cladding:
S 3002 up to year of manufacture 05/96 and S 5002 up to year
of manufacture 05/98
Take hold of the cladding at the bottom, draw it forwards, and then lift
upwards.

Pull forward at the top, push
the retaining springs upwards
and tilt the cladding forwards,
then draw it away upwards.
2. Press the blind cover out of the cladding from the inside.
3. Press the remote ignition display into the small cover from above
for S 3002 heating systems as from year of manufacture 05/96, or into
the large cover for S 5002 systems as from year of manufacture 05/98.
For heating systems S 3002 prior to 05/96 and S 5002 prior to 05/98, a
hole 9 mm in diameter must be drilled in the existing blind cover. Press
the pre-fitted remote ignition display into the cladding from above.

Use adhesive to attach two self-adhering cable securing elements as
illustrated in the lower inside area of the heating cladding, and secure
the cable.
5. Draw the automatic igniter out to the front.

Use adhesive to attach another cable securing element to the base.
7. Plug the adapter cable onto the automatic ignition device from the
rear (no need to pay particular attention to polarity).
8. Press the automatic ignition device back in and clamp the cable in
the cable securing elements in such a way that stress relief is achieved.
9. Connect the adapter cable to the connection cable for the remote
ignition display.
10. Place the heating cladding in place (take care to ensure that the
cable does not get caught):
S 3002 up to year of manufacture 05/96 and S 5002 up to year
of manufacture 05/98
Suspend the cladding in the top of the installation box. Guide the op-
erating handle into the handle sleeve and engage the cladding at the
bottom.
S 3002 as from year of manufacture 05/96
Place the cladding on the lower retaining lugs (I). Guide the operating
bar into the handle sleeve from below, and engage the cladding at the
top. Push the operating handle into position from above in such a way
that the arrow points to the "0" position.
S 5002 as from year of manufacture 05/98
Place the cladding on the lower retaining lugs (I). Guide the operating
bar into the handle sleeve from below, and engage the cladding at the
top. The arrow on the operating handle should point to the "0" position.

Seulement pour l'allumeur automatique a partir de 08/99 avec
un batterie.
1. Retirer l'habillage du chauffage :
S 3002 jusqu'à l'année de construction 05/96, resp. S 5002
jusqu'à l'année de construction 05/98
saisir par le bas, tirer vers l'avant puis soulever.

S 5002 à partir de l'année
de construction 05/98
tirer à partir du haut vers l'avant,
appuyer latéralement sur les
ressorts de retenue et rabattre
l'habillage vers l'avant puis
l'enlever en tirant vers le haut.
2. Faire sortir le couvercle borgne de l'habillage depuis l'intérieur.
3. Enfoncer l'affichage à distance de l'allumage pour le chauffage
S 3002 à partir de l'année de construction 05/96 depuis le haut dans
le petit couvercle ou pour le chauffage S 5002 à partir de l'année
de construction 05/98 dans le grand couvercle. Pour les chauffages
S 3002 antérieurs à 05/96, resp. S 5002 antérieurs à 05/98, il faut per-
cer un trou de ø 9 mm dans le couvercle borgne en place. Enfoncer
l'affichage à distance de l'allumage préalablement monté depuis le
haut dans l'habillage.

coller deux attaches de câble autocollantes comme illustré dans la zo-
ne inférieure à l'intérieur de l'habillage du chauffage et fixer le câble.
5. Retirer le système automatique d'allumage vers l'avant.

coller une autre attache de câble sur le socle.
7. Fixer le câble d'adaptateur depuis l'arrière au système automatique
d'allumage (il n'est pas nécessaire de respecter une certaine polarité).
8. Réintroduire le système auto matique d'allumage et coincer le câble
dans l'attache de câble pour produire un délestage de traction.
9. Relier le câble d'adaptateur à l'affichage à distance d'allumage avec
le câble de raccordement.
10. Remettre l'habillage de chauffage en place (veiller à ce que les
câbles ne soient pas coincés) :
S 3002 jusqu'à l'année de construction 05/96 resp.
S 5002 jusqu'à l'année de construction 05/98
accrocher l'habillage en haut dans le boîtier d'encastrement, introduire
la poignée de manœuvre dans la douille de poignée et faire s'encli-
queter l'habillage en bas.
S 3002 à partir de l'année de construction 05/96
mettre l'habillage sur les éclisses de retenue inférieures (I). Introduire
la barre de manœuvre depuis le bas dans la douille de poignée et faire
s'encliqueter l'habillage en haut. Fixer la poignée de manœuvre depuis
le haut pour que la flèche pointe vers la position « 0 ».
S 5002 à partir de l'année de construction 05/98
mettre l'habillage sur les éclisses de retenue inférieures (I). Introduire
la barre de manœuvre avec la poignée de manœuvre depuis le bas
dans la douille de poignée et faire s'encliqueter l'habillage en haut.La
flèche sur la poignée de manœuvre doit pointer vers la position « 0 ».
