About the IOTAVX Power Amplifier PA 3

The IOTAVX

With 50 Watts per channel and the ability to match with the IOTAVX SA 3 for additional power makes the PA 3
a truly versatile machine while remaining elegantly simple to use.
Although the PA 3 is a well featured and is extremely flexible, its most defining characteristic really is the sound!
The premium quality Toroidal power transformer and discrete amplifier stage seamlessly deliver a beautifully rich
sound with very low noise (only 0.07% THD).

Product Description

Front Panel

1. Standby Indicator Light
When the power amplifier is in standby, the light will glow red. When the power amplifier is in operating mode it
will glow white. When the power amplifier has detected a problem (protection due to short on output for
example) the light will blink red.

Rear Panel

1. AMP IN
These connections allow you to connect unbalanced input of your power amplifier PA3 to the unbalanced left
(L) and right (R) outputs of your preamplifier
2. PRE-OUT
If you want to add more ability and use SA3 as a preamplifier, connect it to the PRE-OUT jacks, output level will
be the same as the Amp-In Level
3. Speaker Terminals
These are terminal posts are for connecting L/R speakers.
4. Amplifier Mode
When the amplifier mode has been selected, switches the PA3 between stereo mode and MONO (Bridged).
Refer to later sections of this manual for more information.
5. Trigger In/Out
Connects to the trigger input and output jacks on the other components to control the power amplifier. This
enables the amplifier to turn on or go into standby state based on the status of the connected component.
