Bei dem Autoradio Modena RD 124 muß die dynamische Regelung
der ZF-Bandbreite "SHARX" (DSC-Menü)ausgeschaltet werden.
Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine High Cut Funktion; diese muß vor
dem FM-Abgleich abgeschaltet werden:
Die Funktion kann durch Betätigung des "TA" Tippers länger als 8
Sekunden aus- bzw. wieder eingeschaltet werden.
Im Display wird bei jedem Umschaltvorgang für 2 Sekunden der
aktuelle Status angezeigt:

Servicemode aktivieren
1. Das Gerät ausschalten.
2. Die Stationstaste 1 + BND gleichzeitig drücken und das Gerät
einschalten.
3. Innerhalb von 2 Sekunden die Taste DSC für 2 Sekunden
betätigen.
Der Schriftzug "ABGLEICH" erscheint für 2 Sekunden im Display.
Servicemode verlassen
Zum Verlassen des Servicemode das Autoradio Aus- und Wieder-
einschalten.

1. Den Meßsender auf 97,1 MHz einstellen.
2. Speisen Sie nun das HF - Signal E' = 60 dBµV in die Anten -
nenbuchse ein (Dämpfung der künstlichen Antenne beachten).
3. Stimmen Sie das Gerät auf 97,1 MHz ab (Stationstaste 1).
4. Das Digitalvoltmeter zwischen Meßpunkt MP 101 und Masse
anschließen.
5. Die Spule L 3 so einstellen, daß die Abstimmspannung für
97,1 MHz 2,72 V ± 0,01V beträgt.
Kontrolle des Oszillatorabgleichs:
87,9 MHz = 1,36V ± 0,1 V
107,9 MHz = 5,27V ± 0,1 V

In the car radio Modena RD 124 the dynamic control of the I-F
bandwidth "SHARX" (DSC menu) must be switched off.
This unit employs a high-cut function that must be switched off
before the FM alignment:
This function can be switched on and off when pressing the "TA"
push-button for more than 8 seconds.
With every switching the LCD displays the current status for
2 seconds:
Service mode
Activating the service mode
1. Switch the radio off.
2. Press the preset push-buttons 1 + BND at the same time and
switch the radio on.
3. Within 2 seconds then press the push-button DSC for the
duration of 2 seconds .
For 2 seconds the display indicates "ABGLEICH".
To exit the service mode
To exit the service mode, switch the radio off and back on.

Use the dummy antenna.

Signal input .............................. E' = 60 dBµV (+attenuation!)
1. Adjust the signal generator to 97.1 MHz.
2. Feed the RF signal E' = 60 dBµV into the antenna input
(observe the attenuation of the dummy antenna).
3. Tune the radio to 97.1 MHz (preset push-button 1).
4. Connect the digital voltmeter between MP 101 and ground.
5. Adjust the coil L 3 such that the tuning voltage for 97. 1 MHz
gives a reading of 2.72 V ± 0.01 volts.
Check of the oscillator alignment:
87,9 MHz = 1,36V ± 0,1 V
107,9 MHz = 5,27V ± 0,1 V
