Problem
The RXM250 Massager
makes strange or loud
noises.
The RXM250 Massager
does not work.
IMPORTANT: In the event of a fault, do not attempt any repairs yourself. There
are no warranty claims in such cases.

WARRANTY

You have a 2-year warranty against defects in both material and workmanship,
provided that the RXM250 Massager has been used as prescribed.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Accident or unforeseen events (such as lightning, water, fire, etc.).
- Improper use or transportation.
- Disregard of the safety and maintenance instructions.
- Other improper uses, processing or modifications.
Possible cause
The massage balls are
electrically operated such
that their activation is
audible.
The noise becomes
increasingly louder.
The massage balls rub
on the fabric during
normal operation.
The connectors are not
connected properly.
The battery is not fully
charged. Battery empty.

Problem Resolution

No correction necessary.
Switch off the RXM250
Massager for at least 30
minutes.
No correction necessary.
Check the connectivity
of the power connector
and the power supply
connector.
Fully charge the battery.
