Operation and installationguide for Kingpin Auto Trigger RF, KP500 (Eng)
General
-The KP500 must be connected to protective earth.
-Make shure that no liquide is exposed to the KP500.
KP500, wireless transmitter
The KP500 is a wireless transmitter (single channel) that transmits
via radio waves (RF). KP500 is compatible with the control system
KP300. KP300 is included in all models of Kingpin Electric Screens
produced since 2009, but can also be bought separately.

The used frequency is 433,92 Mhz
Power supply: 240 v, 50 Hz optional 120 v, 60 Hz.
Working temperature: +5 to +40 degree Celsius.
Rated load: <2000 W Power
The product is CE-certified according to the LVD-directive
Function
The KP500 is a power sensing advice for the projector. When the
power for the projector is on the screen will go down automaticly
and when the power is turned off the screen will go up. Different
projectors have different loaded power and therefor we have a
adjustable power sensing.

-KP500 måste anslutas mot skyddsjord.
-Tillse att ingen vätska kommer i kontakt med KP500.
KP500, trådlös sändare
KP500 är en trådlös sändare (enkanals) som kommunicerar med
radiovågor (RF). KP500 är kompatibel med styrsystemet KP300.
KP300 ingår sedan 2009 i alla Kingpins motordrivna dukar, men
säljs även separat.

Funktion
KP500 känner av strömförbrukningen på din projektor. När ström-
men är på skickas en signal att rulla ned filmduken automatiskt
och när strömmen stängs av skickas en signal att rulla upp filmdu-
ken. Olika projektorer har olika strömförbrukning och därför kan
inställningarna variera och behöva ställas in.

-Stel de KP500 nooit bloot aan vloeistoffen.
KP500, draadloze zender
De KP500 is een draadloze zender (enkel kanaal) die via radio-
golven (RF) uitzendt. De KP500 is compatibel met het bedienings-
systeem KP300. De KP300 is inbegrepen bij alle modellen van
Kingpin Electric Screens gefabriceerd sinds eind 2009, maar kan
ook afzonderlijk worden aangeschaft.

How to set up the KP500 and KP300
To match the two devices together you do like this:
1. Connect the KP500 between the projector you use and the
power supply.
2. Set the control box of KP300 into programming mode (press
the STOP button of the KP300 more than 5 seconds, when the LED
starts to blink, release the button, you are in the programming
mode now), see figure 1.
3. On the backside of the box there is a hole with the marking
"KEY", insert something into that hole to press the button, and the
KP500 will send out the RF-code to the KP300, see figure 2.
4. When the RF-code is received, the LED on the KP300 stops to
blink, the matching is done.
Set the power sensing level
On the backside of the box there is a hole marked "SET", adjust
with a small screwdriver in this hole, see figure 2.
Clockvise -reduce the current
Counter clockwise -increase the power
If the screens doesn´t go down automaticly when turning on the
projector you must adjust the "SET"-levels.

Hur kopplar man ihop KP500 och KP300
För att matcha de två produkterna mot varandra, gör så här:
1. Anslut KP500 mellan din projektor och eluttaget.
2. Gå in i programeringsläget för KP300 (tryck ned STOP-knappen
på kontrollboxen i ca 5 sekunder, när LED-lampan börjar blinka,
släpp knappen, du är nu i programeringsläget).
3. På baksidan av KP500-lådan finns ett litet hål med märkning
"KEY", tryck in nåt smalt i hålet och tryck på knappen, KP500
kommer nu sända ut en RF-signal till kontrollboxen.
4. När RF-signalen är mottagen slutar LED-lampan att blinka,
matchningen är nu gjord.
Sätt nivån på strömsignalsavkänningen.
På baksidan av KP500-lådan finns ett hål med märkning "SET",
justera med en liten skruvmejsel i detta hål.
Medsols -reducerar strömavkänningsnivån
Motsols -ökar strömavkänningsnivån
Om duken inte reagerar på rätt sätt när du sätter på eller av
projektorn är det dessa inställningar du skall justera.

Functie
De KP500 is een apparaat dat de stroom van de projector meet.
Zodra de projector van stroom wordt voorzien, zal het scherm
automatisch omlaag komen en wanneer de voeding wordt uit-
geschakeld, zal het scherm omhoog gaan. Verschillende pro-
jectors hebben verschillende nominale vermogens en dus is het
apparaat voorzien van een afstelbare vermogensmeting.
De KP500 en KP300 paren
Stem de twee apparaten als volgt op elkaar af:
1. Sluit de KP500 aan tussen de projector die u gebruikt en de
voedingsbron.
2. Stel de regelbox van de KP300 in op programmeermodus (druk
langer dan 5 seconden op de STOP toets van de KP300 en laat
de toets los zodra de LED begint te knipperen om de program-
meermodus te openen), zie figuur 1.
3. Op de achterzijde van de box zit een opening gemarkeerd
