5. Frequent questions and problems

1. The keyboard is not working.
Check the Bluetooth® functionality with another peripheral device
Switch the keyboard o and pair it again with the computer/smartphone/tablet
(ref. to the installation chapters, maybe you have to rst delete the keyboard
from the list of paired devices)
Check again with a new set of batteries
2. The additional function key for the music/video player, or the mail
program are not working as expected.
Please make sure that the standard programs for this tasks are set correctly, as
they are only linked to the standard programs (please refer to the manual of the
computer and/or operating system for more information)
Check, if the keyboard is set to the correct mode. Change it by pressing
It's possible that this special function key, you would like to use, is not supported
