DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (EC)

PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L., owner of the GREENCUT brand, located in Calle Migdia S / N. 43830 -
Torredembarra, SPAIN, declares that the GREENCUT GLM880X lawn mower, as from 2016 series onwards, are in
accordance with the requirements of the applicable European Parliament Directives and of the Council:
• The machinery Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council published on 17th May 2006
regarding machinery and which was modified by the 95/16/EC Directive.
• Directive 2004/108/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15th December 2004 on the
approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing Directive
89/336/EEC.
• Directive 2000/14/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council, published on 8th May 2000, on the
approximation of laws of the Member States relating to sound emissions to the environment due to outdoor
machinery.
• Directive 2012/46/UE of the European Parliament and of the Council, published on 6th December 2012, and
repealing Directive 97/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the approximation of laws of
the Member States on measures against emission of gases and contaminating particles from internal combustion
engines installed on mobile machines not on the road.
