- nozzle ring dirty or partly obstructed
- turbine unbalance due to heavy
contamination of power turbine
- turbine blades or damping wire

- bearing defect
- bearing damaged
- rotor rubbing
- dirt in turbocharger
- foreign bodies in the tubocharger
- cracks due to thermal tension:
insufficient ventilation
insufficient cooling water
dirt in cooling water space
- piston rings (21004/25003) worn out

- compensation ducts X obstructed
- gasket rings (32003/34003) damaged
- increased flow resistance due to:
- dirt in the chargeair cooler
or silencer
- heavy deposits of dirt in the
compressor / turbine

the turbine, because the boiler or
the exhaust gas silencer are dirty
