On the pipe
1 . Tape the heating cable to the underside of the pipe with aluminium tape .
2 . Insulate the pipe with at least 30 mm insulation or thicker if required, or bury it at
a depth of no less than 50 cm .
The heating cable has the capacity to frost protect pipes up to 50 mm in diam-
eter down to -25 °C, provided it is insulated or buried according to the installation
instructions .
Important:
Not to use in contact with drinking water or water for human consumption .

10 W/m @ 10°C
The heating cable is supplied with a 2 m connecting cable and plug .
The heating cable is exclusively intended for frost protection of water pipes .
Do not cover the heating cable with materials that cannot withstand +65 °C .
Do not switch on the heating cable while it is rolled up, due to the risk of overheating .
To be used for frost protection of temporary installations, frost protection of perma-
nent installations must be undertaken by a certified electrician in compliance with
current high voltage regulations .
Do not replace the connecting cable . If the connecting cable is damaged, the entire
heating cable must be discarded .
