Wireless Magnetic
Contact Switch

Installation
1. Activate the battery by pulling the plastic
tab out of the battery holder.
2. Set the activation time of the connected
receiver (0–20 minutes) by turning
the setting knob.
- 0: No delay. For a door-activated
light for example: When the door
is opened, the connected light
is switched on immediately.
When the door is closed,
the connected light is switched off
immediately.
- 2 min: For a door-activated light for
example: When the door is opened,
the light is switched on and stays
on for 2 minutes regardless off
whether the door remains open or is
closed again.
- 3 min: the light stays on for
3 minutes, and so on.
3. Attach the transmitter half of
the magnetic switch to the frame
of the door or window in question.
Use the included wall plugs and
screws or the included double-sided
adhesive tape.

4. Fit the other half of
the magnetic switch to
the door leaf or the window
sash no further than 10 mm
from the transmitter.
Note: The transmitter unit and
the magnet must be in line with
each other.
5. Set your receiver to learning
mode (refer to the instruction
manual of your receiver).
6. Hold in the button on
the transmitter until the LED
indicator on the receiver
goes out. The receiver will now
be activated when the door/
window is opened and remain
activated for as long as you set
as the activation time in section
2 above.
Changing the battery
Pull the battery holder out of
the transmitter unit. Follow
the polarity markings on the holder
when inserting the new battery.
The positive terminal of the battery
(+) should be upwards, facing you.
Troubleshooting guide
The magnet • Has the receiver been paired with
switch set is a transmitter as described above?
not working. Try pairing them again.
• Check the battery in the transmitter.
• Is the transmitter too far away from
the receiver (30 m)?
• Check that the light is properly plugged
into the receiver and that it is switched
on and not faulty.
• Try plugging the light into another
electrical outlet to make sure that
it works.
