5. Disposal
The packaging and all packaging materials are made from environmentally
friendly, 100 % recyclable materials. Please dispose of charcoal only when cold
and do not put into plastic containers or other receptacles made from flammable
materials.
Correct disposal of this product
Within the EU, this symbol indicates that this product may not be disposed
of as normal household refuse. Old appliances contain valuable recyclable
materials that should be sent for recycling so as not to harm the environ-
ment or human health due to uncontrolled refuse disposal. Please there-
fore dispose of old appliances via suitable collection systems or return the
appliance to the place from where you purchased it. The latter will then
send the appliance for material recycling.

Correct disposal of the batteries
As an end consumer, you are obliged by law (Battery Directive) to return
all used batteries; disposal as household waste
is prohibited. Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with
the symbol opposite, this indicating that disposal as household waste is
prohibited. The designations for the critical heavy metal are: Cd=Cadmium,
Hg=Mercury, Pb=Lead (the designation is marked on the batteries, e.g.
below the refuse container symbol shown on the left). You can return your
used batteries free of charge to the collection points provided by your
municipality, our branches or anywhere where batteries are sold.
In this way, you will fulfill the statutory obligations and make a valuable
contribution towards protecting the environment
