Check the blade depending on intensity of using, sharpen if necessary.

WARRANTY

7054 Series Cutter Machines are under warranty for 1 year against manufacturing defects of machines covering
defects in the goods, hidden defects in workmanship and/or hidden defects in material. Warranty is invalid in
case of failure due to violating rules specified in operation instructions. Combisteel BV is not responsible for any
damage or loss that may occur due to operational fault.

Possible cause
The plug may not be connected
The main switch may be turned off
The cover of the machine may be left
open
The machine may be damaged
Foreign material may get into the
machine
The blade may not be snapped on
the housing properly
The blade may grow dull
The plug may be connected
improperly
Plug cable may be torn and/or there
may be lack of phase

Actions to be taken
Connect the plug to power supply
Bring the main switch from 0 to I
position to turn on
Make sure the cover of the machine is
closed
Stop the machine, pull the plug from
the socket, check the machine
Stop the machine, pull the plug from
the socket, check if there is foreign
material in the machine
Stop the machine, pull the plug from
the socket, check the blade
Sharpen the blade
Check the plug and correct if necessary
Open the cable and check if there is
any fault if necessary
