Screw the regulator with its 3/4" outer thread into the boiler socket with
3/4" inner thread. Seal the thread (e.g. with Siseal sealant, Teflon tape...).
Turn the regulator so that for horizontal installation (a) the protrusion for
bar placing pinpoints downwards, for vertical installation (b) it pinpoints to
the front.
Remove the plastic transport tube and insert the hole-free end of the
hexagonal lever in its place. Tighten the screw in order to fix the lever in
such a position that its free end is above the chain lug or fixture on the
boiler door and the lever
is as close to

possible (as much the

reaches 60 °C, let it stabilize for a couple minutes and

the real temperature was higher than set, prolong the

Den Regler mit dem ¾" Außengewinde in dem ¾" Innengewindemuffe des
Kessels einschrauben. DasGewinde abdichten (zum Beispiel mit dem
Dichtungskitt Siseal, bzw. mit einem Teflonband ...). Den Regler so drehen,
dass der Ansatz zur Anbringung der Stange bei horizontaler Installation (a)
nach unten, beivertikaler Installation (b) dann nach vorne und bei horizontaler
seitlicher Installation (c) nach oben zeigt.
Entnehmen Sie das Kunststoff-Transportröhrchen und ersetzen Sie es mit
dem Sechskanthebel mit der Seite, in der sich das Bohrloch befindet nach

Heizen Sie den Kessel bei manuell geöffneten Kesseltür an.
Mit dem Drehknopf des Reglers stellen Sie 60 ein. Wenn die
Wassertemperatur 60 °C erreicht hat, passen Sie die

so an, dass die Tür auf 1-2 mm offen bleibt. Nun können

Regler beeinflussen können – vor allem dann die Brennstoff-

Trägheit des Kessels und des ganzen Heizsystems.
