Congratulations on your purchase of the paro
The hydrodynamic sonic toothbrush with the TOTAL SONIC CARE system - two different
toothbrush heads and the interdental function – for thorough and effective tooth care.
The light-weight handle with a vigorous sonic power drive and rechargeable lithium-ion batteries
is easy to handle and operate. The timer signals the cleaning process and the travel safety
mechanism protects the toothbrush against accidental activation. The paro
SENSITIVE TECHNOLOGY provides for brilliant and gentle cleaning.
Please read this operator's manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference. The
operator's manual provides tips and tricks for good and thorough teeth cleaning. Additional

WARNING
- Please consult your dentist if you have recently undergone an operation or oral treatment.
- Consult your dentist if prolonged or heavy bleeding occurs after using the toothbrush.
- Children or people with intellectual disabilities should be supervised to ensure proper use of the
device.
- Ensure that children do not play with the device.
CAUTION
- The power cable cannot be replaced. If the power cable is damaged, dispose of the charger.
- Keep the charger away from water! Never leave the charger above or near a bathtub or
washbasin filled with water.
- Protect the plugged-in charger from hot surfaces.
- The paro sonic sonic toothbrush complies with the safety standard for electromagnetic

devices. However, if you have an implant or pacemaker and as such have questions about the
use of the device, please contact your doctor or the manufacturer of the pacemaker or implant.

CHOOSE MODE – FOR TOOTHBRUSH HEADS
Press the Start/Stop button (1) again within 2 seconds to switch from SENSITIVE mode to
INTENSIVE mode. After 2 seconds, the mode is set and by pressing the button again, the paro
sonic switches off. When switched on again, the paro

Hold the brush head at a 45° angle to the teeth and guide the toothbrush gently from tooth to
tooth. Linger for about 2-3 seconds per tooth. Additional wiping movements from the gum to the
crown of the tooth (red to white) facilitate the brushing effect.
For each of the four jaw quadrants, guide the toothbrush along the
occlusal surface, then along the outer surface, and finally along the inside
of the row of teeth (Figure 2).
The quadrant timer assists your brushing and indicates when you should
change the quadrant by briefly pausing the toothbrush's function. After
