COLLEGAMENTO PNEUMATICO
6) Eseguire il collegamento pneumatico come indicato in fig.25
LIVELLAMENTO PEDANE
7) Quando le pedane saranno completamente abbassate eseguire
minimo 3 cicli di lavoro al fine di togliere l'eventuale aria residua ri-
masta nel circuito.
8) Dopo aver effettuato questi cicli , posizionare le pedane sulle si-
curezze verificando che l'inserimento sia allo stesso dente e che
queste siano a livello .
In caso di dislivello pedane agire sul rubinetto manuale ( fig.22 )
al fine di riportare la pedana a livello.
Il controllo finale dell' allineamento delle piattaforme deve essere
effettuato posizionando un veicolo sul sollevatore.
FISSAGGIO PEDANE
I
ATTENZIONE
Nel caso che il pavimento, nonostante le precauzioni adottate, non sia
perfettamente livellato, servirsi di alcuni spessori metallici da mettere
sotto le pedane del sollevatore riportandole perfettamente orizzontali.
N.B. per un corretto spessoramento posizionare i lamierini come indica-
to in fig. 23.
· allineare le pedane
· Usando le basi come dime, forare con una punta Ø18 mm. il pavi-
mento per una profondità di circa 150 mm.
· pulire i fori ed inserire i tasselli (tipo HILTI HB 10/25L - FISCHER GM
10 o equvalenti) con leggeri colpi di martello.
· prima del serraggio finale dei tasselli è importante verificare la per-

pendicolarità fra l'asse verticale del sollevatore ed il pavimento.
· procedere al serraggio dei tasselli utilizzando una chiave dinamome-
trica tarata a 30 Nm.
· Posizionare il rifrangente sul braccio inferiore interno della pedana
P2 come in fig.24 perfettamente allineato con la fotocellula.
CONTROLLI FINALI
Eseguire i controlli sottoindicati durante il funzionamento del sollevatore.
- sicurezze meccaniche
- funzionamento rampe salita
- allineamento pedane
- sensore alto (la salita deve arrestarsi prima della fase di travaso)
- microinterruttore di sicurezza (il sollevatore deve arrestarsi a 40cm
dal pavimento durante la discesa)
- fotocellula (interponendo un ostacolo, il sollevatore deve arrestarsi)
- micro esclusione fotocellula

PNEUMATIC CONNECTION
6) Connect the pneumatic plant to the hydraulic unit and connect the
cylinders of the mechanical safety device as indicated in fig. 25.
PLATFORMS LEVELING
7) When the platforms will be completely lowered, carry out min3
operating cycles in order to take away the eventual residual air still
present in the circuit.
8) After you carried out the above working cycles, set the platforms into
the safety ratchets and make sure that the safety ratchets of booth plat-
forms are engaged on the SAME tooth granting a perfect leveling.
In case of difference in height, act on tap (fig.22) in order to level
the platforms.
Final check of platform alignment has to be performed at the end
of installation with a car on the lift.
PLATFORMS FIXING

WARNING
In case the floor is not perfectly levelled, use special metal shims to be
placed under the platforms so that they are perfectly horizontal.
NOTE: Insert the metal shims as shown in the picture below,
fig. 23.
· align the platforms
· Using the bases as templates, drill the floor (a18mm.bit must be
used) up to a depth of about 150 mm.;
· Clean the holes (type HILTI HB 10/25L - FISCHER GM 10 or similar ), pla-
ce the proper inserts with light hammer blows.
· Before tightening the bolts, check that the lift vertical axis is perpendi-
cular to the floor.
· Now tighten the bolts using a torque wrench set to 30 Nm.
· Place the reflector on the inner side of the down arm of platforms P2
as shown in fig.24, perfectly aligned with the photocell
FINAL CHECKS
Perform the following checks when operating the car lift.
- mechanical safety devices
- on-ramps operation
- platform alignment
- high position sensor (lifting must stop before the oil transfer phase)
- safety microswitch (lift must stop at 40 cm from floor when lowering)
- photoelectric cell (if something is placed in front between the two
platforms, lift must stop)
- photocell disable microswitch
