GETTING STARTED
Getting Started With Training Apps
Kinetic Control electronic trainers allow training apps to automatically set
resistance on virtual courses and for programmed workout plans. Check on each
app web site to learn how to connect your trainer. Our partner apps all offer
iOS and Android versions to connect directly with Kinetic Control trainers via
Bluetooth Smart. Kinetic Control trainers can also send data directly to Garmin
devices via ANT+.
1. Assemble trainer and mount bike
2. Install Kinetic Fit app: www.kinetic.fit
3. Create user account and profile
4. Plug in Kinetic Control trainer
5. Select SENSORS in kinetic fit app and
pair trainer. Activate 6-month free trial
when pop up appears.
6. Update firmware if indicated
7. Select a workout and start training
