Assembling the crank handle
1.
Remove the hexagon head screw, spring
lock washer and washer from the drive shaft
(a).
2.
Block off the rope drum (
(e.g. with a screwdriver)
3.
Screw the crank handle onto the drive shaft
until the crank handle nut is against the
brake disc.
4.
Slide the washer on.
5.
Push the spring lock washer on, screw in the
hexagon head screw and tighten it.
6.
Remove the item blocking the rope drum.
7.
Push the cover on (
Use a torque wrench for tightening.
Tightening torque
The crank handle must be able to make
at least a ¼ turn to the left without moving
the drive shaft or the rope drum.

Montage
Monter la manivelle
1.
Retirer la vis à tête hexagonale, la rondelle
Grower et la rondelle de l'arbre d'entraîne-
ment (a).
2.
Bloquer le tambour à câble (
(par exemple avec un tournevis).
3.
Tourner la manivelle sur l'arbre d'entraîne-
ment jusqu'à ce que l'écrou de la manivelle
se trouve contre le disque de frein.
4.
Insérer la rondelle.
5.
Monter la rondelle Grower, visser la vis à tête
hexagonale et la serrer.
6.
Retirer le blocage du tambour à câble.
7.
Monter le capuchon (
Utiliser une clé dynamométrique pour le
serrage !
Couple de serrage
La manivelle doit pouvoir être tournée au
moins ¼ de tour vers la gauche sans que
l'arbre d'entraînement ou le tambour à
câble ne bouge !
