• Remove the product and accessories from the box. Make sure all items are present.
• Inspect the product to ensure that it has not been broken or damaged in transit.
• Do not discard the packaging material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily used the product.
ATTENTION: If any part is missing or damaged, contact the Official Technical Service. Do not use
this product without having replaced the missing or damaged part. Using this product with
damaged or missing parts can cause serious injury to the operator.

ASSEMBLY

ASSEMBLY OF THE CHAIN AND THE SWORD
1. Be sure to remove the battery from the unit. Wear protective gloves.
2. Unscrew the chain tensioner knob and remove the sprocket cover.
3. The saw chain should face in the direction of the chain rotation, if it faces backwards, rotate the cycle.
4. Place the chain drive links in the groove of the sword.
5. Place the chain so that there is a link on the back of the sword.
6. Hold the chain in position on the bar and place the link around the drive sprocket. Lower the bar so that the
bolt passes through the hole in the chain tension assembly. You may need to rotate this assembly to align
the bolt and hole. You can rotate this assembly again to apply some tension to the chain, which will help
keep it in place.
7. Replace the sprocket cover and turn the chain tensioner knob until it is tight, turn the chain tension
adjustment ring until the saw chain is properly tensioned. The sword should then be pushed upwards, check
the chain tension again, do not over-tension the chain.
8. After the chain is properly tightened, tighten the knob again.
