IT - Preregolazione della portata. La preregolazione della valvola viene eseguita utilizzando la chiave di
regolazione R73PY010 tra le posizioni 1 e 6 indicate sulla cartuccia.
Per effettuare la preregolazione della cartuccia:
• determinare, dal diagramma sottostante, la posizione della cartuccia che corrisponde alla portata desiderata;
• rimuovere la protezione da cantiere o la testa termostatica dalla valvola;
• posizionare la chiave di regolazione sulla cartuccia e ruotarla fino a quando la posizione desiderata compare
nella feritoia della chiave;
• rimuovere la chiave di regolazione e riposizionare la protezione da cantiere o la testa termostatica.
EN - Flow rate presetting. The valve can be preset on a position between 1 and 6, marked on the cartridge,
using the special key R73PY010. To preset the cartridge:
• identify the cartridge position corresponding to the desired flow rate using the diagram below;
• remove the worksite protection cover or the thermostatic head;
• place the regulation key on the cartridge and turn till the desired position appears in the key slot;
• remove the regulation key and fit the worksite protection cover or thermostatic head back on.
FR - Préréglage de flux. Le préréglage du robinet est réalisé en utilisant la clé de réglage R73PY010 entre les
positions 1 et 6 représentés sur le robinet. Pour effectuer le pré-réglage du robinet:
• déterminer, à partir du diagramme ci-dessous, la position du robinet correspondant au débit souhaité;
• retirer le volant de protection ou la tête thermostatique du robinet;
• placer la clé de réglage sur le robinet et la faire pivoter jusqu'à ce que la position désirée apparaisse dans la fente;
• retirer la clé de réglage et repositionner le volant de protection ou la tête thermostatique.

PT – Pré-regulação do caudal. A pré-regulação da válvula é realizada através de uma chave
especial que regula entre as posições 1 e 6 inscritas no cartucho.
Para efetuar a pré-regulação do cartucho deverá:
• determinar no diagrama abaixo, a posição do cartucho correspondente ao caudal desejado;
• remover a proteção de obra ou o manípulo da válvula;
• posicionar a chave de regulação sobre o cartucho e rodar até que apareça o número correspondente
ao valor da pré-regulação desejada;
• remover a chave de regulação e recolocar a proteção de obra ou o manípulo.

NL - Het puntstuk Giacomini is standaard uitgerust met een elastomeer afdichtingsmateriaal op de universele uitwendige schroefdraad. Hierdoor kan het punststuk direct in het

verwarmingslichaam geschroefd worden zonder gebruik van bijkomende bevestigingsmaterialen. Voor een snelle en correcte montage wordt aanbevolen om vooraf de uitwendige
schroefdraad van het puntstuk een weining te smeren. Het puntstuk dient met de geschikte zeskantsleutel R73 gemonteerd te worden (9 mm of 12 mm in functie van de maat van het
puntstuk). Door de aanwezigheid van het elastomeer afdichtingsmateriaal moet het aandraaimoment tot maximaal 25 Nm beperkt worden.

Para un montaje correcto y rápido se recomienda lubricar ligeramente la rosca antes de iniciar el apriete. La fase de apriete debe realizarse con llave kexagonal R73 (hex. 9 mm o 12 mm
según el modelo). Debido a la presencia de la junta de material elastomérico es suficiente con no superar un par de apriete de 25 Nm.
PT - O ligador autovedante Giacomini é fornecido com um elemento de vedação em material elastómero, o que possibilita a sua montagem em radiadores sem que haja a
necessidade de utilizar linho, teflon ou outros materiais de vedação. Para uma montagem rápida e correta recomenda-se lubrificar ligeiramente a rosca antes de se iniciar o aperto. O
aperto deve ser efetuado com a chave hexagonal R73, específica para o efeito, (9 mm ou 12 mm segundo o modelo). Dada a presença do elemento de vedação em material elastómero,
é suficiente aplicar uma força de aperto inferior a 25 Nm.
RU - Инструкции по монтажу. Для правильного и быстрого монтажа рекомендуется до вкручивания слегка смазать резьбу. Монтаж должен осуществляться при помощи
спциального шестигранного ключа R73 (например, на 9 или 12 мм в зависимости от модели). Учитывая наличие герметичного элемента из эластичного материала достаточное
значение момента затяжки не более 25 Нм.

door het handwiel te draaien in wijzerzin. Door het handwiel volledig te sluiten kan de installatie in bedrijf weerstaan aan differentieeldrukken van 10 bar. Het is evenwel af te raden om
afdichtingstesten in de installatie uit te voeren vóór het aansluiten van de verwarmingslichamen.
ES - La protección de obra permite actuar sobre el obturador de la válvula. Girando el volante en sentido anti horario se abre la válvula mientras con rotación horaria se cierra. Con el
tapón rojo de la protección de obra cerrado a fondo se pueden superar notablemente presiones diferenciales superiores a 10 bar con la instalación parada. Se aconseja no obstante efectuar
siempre las pruebas de presión de la instalación con los radiadores conectados.
PT - A proteção de obra permitem regular o caudal na válvula. Rodando no sentido anti-horário abre-se a válvula, enquanto que com a rotação horária obtém-se o seu fecho. A
proteção de obra com o manípulo totalmente fechado conseguem suportar pressões diferenciais de 10 bar com a instalação à pressão. No entanto, aconselha-se a que sejam realizadas
provas de pressão antes da ligação aos radiadores.
RU - Пластиковый колпачок позволяет регулировать пропускную способность клапана. При повороте красного маховика по часовой стрелке клапан закрывается, против
часовой стрелки – открывается. B закрытом положении клапан обеспечивает перекрытие при дифференциальном давлении до 10 бар. Для предотвращения протечек не

IT - Il bocchettone autotenuta Giacomini é fornito già dotato di un elemento di tenuta in materiale elastomerico che lo predispone al montaggio sul
corpo scaldante senza aggiunta di canapa, pasta o altri materiali di tenuta. Per un montaggio corretto e rapido si raccomanda di lubrificare leggermente la
filettatura prima di iniziare ad avvitare. La fase di avvitamento deve essere eseguita con specifica chiave esagonale a brugola R73 (es. 9 o 12 mm a seconda
dei modelli). Data la presenza dell' e lemento di tenuta elastomerico, é sufficiente applicare una coppia di serraggio non superiore ai 25 Nm.
EN - The Giacomini self-sealing tail piece is provided with a sealing element made of elastomeric material, which prepares it for installing on the radiator
without addition of hemp, glue or other sealing materials. For a correct and quick assembly, a small amount of lubricant should be placed on the thread
before screwing. The screwing phase shall be effected with the specific wrench R73 (9 mm or 12 mm according to the models). Due to the sealing element
made of elastomeric material, it is sufficient to apply a tightening couple not higher than 25 Nm.
FR - La douille autoétanche Giacomini est livré revêtu d'un produit d' é tanchéité en matériaux élastomère qui permet de le monter sur le radiateur sans

EN - The worksite protection cover allows to divide in parts the delivery of the valve. By rotating it counterclockwise the valve opens, while with a
clockwise rotation it closes. The fully closed protection cap allows to go over the differential pressure of 10 bar with switched off system. However, it is
recommended that pressure testing of the system is carried out prior to the fitting of the radiators, or other heating elements.
