5) PROCEDURE FOR USING THE START-UP AID

• Ensure that the EJS-260 is fully charged
• Connect the red clamp with the positive and the black clamp with negative pole of the battery
• Insert the jump leads into the outlet
• Start the car (The attempt is only allowed to last 5 seconds, after each attempt you have
to wait 60 seconds to cool down the internal battery)
• Remove the jump leads out of the outlet
• Disconnect the clamps from the battery
• Recharge the EJS-260
Press the power supply button
the internal battery. When charging, the LEDs light up and flash one after the other
until fully charged. This is indicated when all the LEDs are lit.
The LEDs indicate the charge status of the internal battery in relation to the

Press the power supply button
of the internal battery and automatically switches itself off after 30 seconds if no
charge is detected.
