• Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it. Do not permit
operation by unqualified people. Any damage that may occur will probably be due to
unprofessional use of the device.
• Use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.
• Note that all modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons.
• Only use the device for its intended purpose. All other uses may lead to short-circuits, burns,
electroshocks, lamp explosion, crash, etc. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void
the warranty.
4. Installation
1. TV2 antenna output

3. TV antenna input socket
4. DC power plug 12Vdc
5. AC power plug (max. 230Vac / 50 Hz)
Connect the device to the mains via the AC power socket or use an optional AC/DC adapter.
Plug the antenna plug (1) or (2) into the TV set. Plug the external antenna plug into socket (3).
Turn the knob clockwise to activate the device.

Extend the antennas until they click into place. Adjust the gain via the rotary control (1) until the
picture has acquired max. clarity. You can also rotate the antenna to improve the picture quality.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Mechanically moving parts must not show any signs of wear and tear.
2. The electric power supply cables must be undamaged. Have the device installed by a
qualified technician.
3. Disconnect the device from the mains prior to maintenance activities.
4. Wipe the device regularly with a moist cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
5. Entrust a qualified technician with the maintenance of this device. Contact your dealer for
spare parts if necessary.
