temperature is reached, the led stays switched on and a buzzer indicates that the set temperature has
been reached.
To stop this function, press the START/STOP button (5).
Functioning in pre-heating (melting):
Before activating this function set the working temperature, using the button UP (1) to increase it or
the button DOWN (2) to reduce it, then start the pre-heating by pressing the button MELT (3) for at
least one second; the led MELT switches on (4). Following this, press for at least one second, the
button START/STOP (5), at this point the led START/STOP (6) flashes until a temperature close to
the set temperature is reached for pre-heating following this the led stays switched on. Note that if
the led MELT (4) flashes it means that the instrument is ready to pass automatically to the phase of
"conservation "at the end of pre-heating.
When the temperature is reached the function conservation is automatically activated followed by
the buzzer sounding.
The pre-heating function can be used even after having started the button START/STOP (5) the
heating of the oil/grease, pressing the button MELT (3) for at least one second; when the
temperature is reached the conservation function is automatically activated followed by the buzzer
sounding..
To stop this function press the button START/STOP (5) for at least one second bringing the
machine to a "STOP", or by pressing the button MELT (3) for at least one second, bringing the
machine to normal functioning.
Functioning in conservation
This function allows a constant temperature to be maintained at the threshold "MELT" in order to
avoid the reforming of grease before the following frying.
To do this simply press the button MELT (3) for at least one second when on "STOP" or during
pre-heating; at the end of this phase, the regulator automatically passes to conservation; or pressing
the button MELT (3) during a normal stage of work, in this way the phase of pre-heating is
activated and then the conservation phase.
When the regulator passes from the pre-heating phase to the conservation phase a buzzer is
activated which makes a sound every 5 seconds. As soon as the probe shows a higher temperature
than the one for pre-heating, the led MELT (4) stays on for the entire phase of "conservation'.
To stop the conservation phase, simply press the button MELT (3) for at least one second.
Re-setting function
If tension is lacking for a short time during functioning the appliance returns to the pre-set function;
otherwise it goes to the STOP position, a buzzer indicates this and the display shows "PF"
alternating with the measured temperature value. To return to the previous function, simply press
the button START/STOP (5) for at least one second.
To turn off the main burner, it is necessary to turn the knob to the right into the position , to turn
off the pilot, turn the knob again, into the off position .
