Attaching the Extension Arms to the Arms
If the holes in the arms do not line up with the holes in the back of
the TV, attach the extension arms.
Use the enclosed bolts, lock washers and hex nuts through the side
holes to attach the extension arms to the arms.
Note: All 4 extension arms should be attached in the same manner.

Once you attach the arms to the TV, you can mount the TV onto the mounting plate.
