Charging Battery

The adorini Cigar Heaven is equipped with a rechargeable
Li-Ion battery. When the battery is charging a red LED is
visible. The LED light will turn green when the battery is
fully charged.
Charge the humidifier fully before you start using it for
the first time or after a long period of non-use. Turn the
humidifier off and charge it until it is fully charged. This
will take approximately 12 to 20 hours.
When the battery power is low the LCD will display a
battery symbol and an accustic alarm will start. You will
now need to recharge the battery. Turn off the alarm by
pressing any button on the control unit. You can leave the
humidifier running inside the humidor and charge the bat-
tery at the same time. Just pass the flat cable under the lid
of the humidor and plug it into a power outlet.
You also have the option to charge it whit a USB cable connected to your PC.
Turn off the humidifier and plug the USB cable into your PC until it is fully char-
ged. Note that most notebook PCs interrupt the USB power connection in sleep
mode. The charging time may vary depending on the power supply of the PC.

Power Mode

Fully charged batteries can run about 25~40 hours on 'ON' position (middle) and
approximately 25~30 days on battery save mode 'ON/S' position(left). In 'ON/S'
mode the sensor will check the humidity level every 3 minutes and start the fan
if needed.

New humidors: It is recommended to set the power switch to the 'ON' position
(middle) for some hours until the display shows 70% relative humidity. Then
switch to the power save mode 'ON/S' position (left).
Larger humidors (for over 200 cigars approx.): If you should notice in a large humi-

dor, that in "ON/S" mode a 70% humidity can not be reached, you may need to
keep the humidifier permanently in "ON" mode for higher humidification capacity.
In this case you should keep the humidifier connected to a power supply to avoid
frequent battery recharges.
Ventilation Switch
The ventilation switch on the frontside of the humidifier can be used to adjust
the amount of humidified air blown through the frontside ventilation openings.
Open it on the first day of use of the humidifier to ensure a fast humidification
in a new humidor.
Close it after the first day of use. Only if you should notice that the humidifier
can not maintain a 70% humidity level in a large humidor, open the ventilation
switch permanently.
