IT – SOSTITUZIONE BULBO INFRAROSSI
Attenzione: usare esclusivamente bulbi waterproof
forniti dal produttore Phormalab o da altro rivenditore
autorizzato. La sostituzione deve essere effettuata da
personale qualificato. In caso di utilizzo di bulbi non
conformi o di montaggio improprio, l'azienda declina
ogni responsabilità per guasti o malfunzionamenti.
1. Prima di qualsiasi intervento, l'apparecchio va scollegato
dall'impianto elettrico.

2. Sganciare il bulbo danneggiato dalle due clip elastiche

4. Aprire la il coperchio della scatola connessioni, svitando
le 4 viti M4 (con rondella zigrinata).
5. Scollegare i due cavi del bulbo dalla morsettiera interna e
staccare il bulbo danneggiato.
6. Preparare il nuovo bulbo, verificando di avere circa 4 cm
di cavo senza guaina protettiva.
7. Inserire i due cavi del bulbo attraverso i fori del
coperchio metallico e attraverso i fori della
guarnizione di silicone, avendo cura di non
danneggiarla. Attenzione: un montaggio errato
non assicurerà la tenuta all'acqua (IPX5).
8. Collegare i due cavi del bulbo alla morsettiera (fase e
neutro)
9. Richiudere il coperchio metallico, con la guarnizione in
silicone, avendo cura di riutilizzare le rondelle zigrinate.
10. Rimontare la parabola riflettente, ed infine la scocca
anteriore. Verificare la
elettriche, provando l'apparecchio prima del suo utilizzo.
EN- INFRARED BULB CHANGING
Warning: Use only waterproof bulbs provided by the
manufacturer Phormalab or other authorized dealer.
Replacement must be performed by qualified personnel.
On the use of different bulbs, or improper replacement,
the manufacturer is not responsible for any failure or
malfunction.
1. Before any intervention the heater must be disconnected
from electrical plant. Remove the heater Hotdoor from the
mounting (wall, floor or ceiling) and put it on an adequately



protected desk. Remove the front cover by unscrewing the
four screws on the back side.
2. Unhook the damaged bulb from the elastic clips
3. Detach the reflector by unscrewing the two screws M3.
4. Open the cover of the connection box unscrewing the 4

screws M4 (with knurled washers).
5. Disconnect the two cables from the terminal block and
remove the damaged bulb.
6. Prepare the new bulb, making sure you have about 4 cm
of cable without the double insulation housing.
7. Insert the two wires of the bulb through the
holes of the metal cover and through the holes of
the silicone seal, taking care not to damage it.
Please note: incorrect installation will affect the waterproof
sealing (IPX5).
8. Connect the two wires of the bulb to the terminal (phase
and neutral)
9. Close the metal cover, with the silicone gasket, reusing
the knurled washers.
10. Replace the reflector, and finally the front cover. Check
the correctness of the electrical connections, testing the
equipment before use.
DE - AUSTAUSCH DES HEIZELEMENTS
Warnung: Verwenden
Heizelemente vom Hersteller Phormalab oder anderen
durch uns autorisierten Fachhändlern. Der Austausch
muss von qualifiziertem Personal durchgeführt werden.
Im Fall der Verwendung von anderen Heizelementen,
oder von nicht fachgerechten Austausch, ist der
Hersteller nicht
Fehlfunktionen verantwortlich.
1. Das Heizgerät muss vor jeder Reparaturarbeit von der
elektrischen Anlagen getrennt werden.. Den Heizkopf
Hotdoor vom Montagearm (Wand- oder Deckenarm,
Ständer) entfernen
geschützten Arbeitsebene legen. Die Frontabdeckung ist zu
entfernen, indem man die vier Schrauben auf der Rückseite
abschraubt.
2. Das beschädigte Heizelement aus den elastischen Clips
auslösen.
3. Den Parabelreflektor, durch die zwei M3-Schrauben
abschrauben und rausnehmen.
4. Den Deckel des Anschlusskastens öffnen, indem man die
4 M4-Schrauben (mit gerändelter Scheibe) abschraubt.
5. Die beiden Kabel aus der Klemmleiste abklemmen und
das beschädigte Heizelement entfernen.
6. Das neue Heizelement bereit legen und sicher stellen das
ca. 4 cm Kabel ohne die doppelte Iso-lierung vorhanden ist.
Am Kabelende müssen Aderendhülsen verpresst sein.
7. Die beiden Kabelenden des Heizelements durch
die Löcher der Metallabdeckung und durch die
Löcher der Silikondichtung einstecken, hierbei
