Tamper tool
To use the tamper, take off the blender filler cap and then
insert the tamper through the hole in the lid.
Before using the tamper. Turn the machine off.
The tamper can also be used while the machine is running. To
press ingredients down into the blades, while making nut
butter for example.
When you are planning to use the tamper tool some
considerations should be taken:
1. In order to avoid overheating: Do not use the tamper for
more than 30 seconds.
2. There is a disk-shaped guard on the tamper's handle, it
prevents the tamper from touching the blades.
3. If the ingredients seem stuck, there may be an air bubble.
The air bubble may be released with the help of the tamper.
4. It can help to point the tamper to sides of the carafe rather
than straight down.

Cleaning and maintenance

• The blender parts may be very hot after a long period of use
(over 4 mins), allow it too cool down before cleaning.
• Do not clean the inside of the carafe by hand.

• Do not clean the carafe, lid and blender base in a
dishwasher.
• Clean the carafe after every use. Do not use abrasives or
stiff brushes to clean the blender base or carafe as this will
damage and scratch the blender.
• Always unplug the blender from the power source and turn
power switch to off, before cleaning or maintenance. The only
exception is: Self-cleaning.
• The outer case can be wiped with a damp cloth or sponge. If
it is needed you can also use a detergent with a mild-pH value.
• The rotary shaft can be cleaned with a dry cloth.
• There could be some blending remains left on the blades
after use. This affects the blades effectiveness, please ensure
that they are cleaned for optimum performance.
• Make sure the machine is clean and dry before you store it
away.
• Please unplug the machine from the power mains when not in
use for long periods of time and keep the machine away from
dust, insects and moisture.
Self-cleaning
1. Add a drop of dish soap and warm water. Let the machine
run for about 30 seconds or more if needed.
2. Pour out the soap and water.
3. Rinse with water. Repeat 1-3 if needed.
4. Let the machine dry before storage.
Trouble shooting
If the blender does not start.
1. Allow the machine to cool down.
2. Press the reset button on the bottom of the machine.
If the blender still doesn't work. Check the following:
3. Whether the machine is plugged into the mains power.
4. If there currently is a power down.
5. If none of the above applies, please do not attempt to fix the
blender by yourself. Instead, ask specialized personnel for
repairs.
If you are experiencing the following:
Issue: Above normal vibration and noise.
Try the following:
1. Place the machine on a level surface.
2. Make sure the carafe is placed securely.
3. Decrease the amount of ingredients.
Issue: Leakage from the lid.
Try the following:
1. Decrease the amount of water or liquid.
2. Make sure that the lid is tightly placed on the carafe.
